What is HeyRunning?

  International running community When HeyRunning first began in 2011, it was among the few free outdoor group fitness communities bringing together runners from all backgrounds and nationalities. Over the years, HeyRunning has continued to stand out for its focus on running, its inclusive and international community, its balance of skill-building and social connection—and of course, the trademark high-fives! HeyRunning’s vision is simple: to create a welcoming, global community of runners who enjoy improving their skills together through fun and accessible techniques. The HeyRunning community is a space to share running experiences, learn from one another, and connect with fellow runners of all levels—from first-timers to seasoned athletes.
